Carl Ringchop

Carl Ringchop has been an active participant and indispensable volunteer at the Santa Margarita Neighborhood Association for over a decade.  He has helped make his Terra Linda neighborhood a cleaner, healthier, more attractive area for the past six years by devoting his Saturday mornings to clearing debris and litter from Freitas Parkway.  In the past, he has also acted as Assistant Fire Chief for the Terra Linda Volunteer Fire Department.  Carl has proved that opportunities for bettering the lives of others in the community are available in large and small ways every day—sometimes in the form of removing litter along the streets of northern San Rafael.
