Joann McCorkle

Joann McCorkle, a native of Atlanta, GA with a degree in Fine Arts, has dedicated many hours to the Falkirk Cultural Center in San Rafael.  As a volunteer member of the Cultural Affairs Service League for seven years, Joanne has shared her considerable talents as a horticulturist and flower arranger by making numerous floral arrangements for Falkirk’s social events. She has also acted as hostess at CASL teas, helped with Falkirk decorating projects, assisted with concerts, family events, and the Italian Street Painting Festival Artist’s dinner. In April of 2001 Joanne was honored as Volunteer of the Year.  In addition to volunteering at CASL, she is active in the San Rafael Food Bank and enjoys spending time with her young granddaughter.
