Renew Computers, founded in 1988, is the largest independent electronics recycling company in Marin County, California. We have a warehouse facility and service center centrally located near downtown San Rafael where computers are collected, sorted, and properly recycled. Computers are received on a daily basis from individuals, small businesses, and large corporations. Fortunately, much of what we receive is of high quality. This allows us to reuse a product that would otherwise go to landfill or be scrapped. We have a staff of qualified technicians that work hard to bring these computers back to a reuseable state where they can then be recycled back to the community as reliable working systems. In 2008 Renew Computers reused or recycled more than 580,000 pounds of electronic waste.

In addition to our recycling center, we operate a discount parts warehouse, retail store, and service department. For corporate clients we provide asset removal, data security services, warehousing and shipping services.

Several years ago, Robert realized that he wanted more creativity in his life, so he began to explore his love for photography and the landscape. Since then, he's traveled extensively--shooting in all kinds of weather and lighting conditions. In his travels, he's enjoyed the quiet grace of a spring snowstorm in the Yosemite Valley, the striking splendor of a sunset in the Gulf Islands of British Columbia, and the anxious anticipation of sunrise battling Patagonia's storied winds in Torres del Paine. He hopes that, through his images, you can reflect upon some of the wonder and beauty of the wild lands of our planet. Robert has exhibited his fine-art prints at numerous juried festivals and collaborative gallery shows throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. His work has appeared in Sierra magazine and on Smithsonian Journeys' website. He has been a member of the American Society of Media Photographers (ASMP) since 2003 and served on its board as newsletter editor from 2003 to 2006. He has also been a member of the Marin Arts Council since 1998 and the North American Nature Photography Association since 2005.

Luggage repair services
Every experienced traveler knows it: Even the finest luggage or business cases eventually become road-weary. Even if you didn’t buy your luggage from us, we can provide off-site repairs to add years more service. We will gladly try to find an authorized repair shop and take care of the paper work. We do charge shipping based on the size of luggage. If your luggage is still under warranty, you won't pay anything on repairs. If the repair shop decides that your luggage is not under warranty, you will get the call directly from the repair shop for your approval for any repair costs. If you decide not to repair at that point, you will get your old and tired luggage back. Please note that shipping is always not-refundable. However, in some cases, it is possible for us to inform you right away if your luggage is worth shipping for repairs. This way you can avoid the shipping cost also.
