The "Extreme Team" Philosophy
If you want to get a sense of our business philosophy, all you have to do is pick up a slice. There's no better testament to "Dedication to Quality, Commitment to Innovation" than the pizza itself. Our dedication to quality comes from a strict policy to use only the freshest ingredients, the tastiest combinations of toppings, and a mouth-watering store-baked crust. As for the innovation side of things, well that's easy. Think about it. What does an office full of freethinking, pizza connoisseur daredevils get you? It gets you mandarin oranges, Canadian bacon, pineapples, mozzarella, and cheddar (Paia Pie). It gets you black beans, ground beef, olives, onions, cilantro, and cheddar (California Cactus). And for the politically savvy pizza-eaters, it gets you homemade hummus in place of tomato sauce, tomatoes, olives, feta, fresh basil, pepperoncinis, and mozzarella (Peace in the Middle East). This is the sort of pizza invented by people who sail from kites, who snowboarded before there were snowboards, and who learned to always color outside the lines.

Mission Statement
The Gallinas Watershed Council's mission is to connect the people who live and work in Las Gallinas Valley with their watershed, to help each other to take responsibility for our impact on the watershed through protection, restoration and education and to advance conservation action in our watershed environment. Our Watershed contains several creeks. The largest, the Las Gallinas Creek South Fork, flows through Gallinas Valley in San Rafael, from its headwaters in the hills of Terra Linda, through the Santa Margarita neighborhood, along Freitas Parkway, under Highway 101, through Santa Venetia and Contempo Marin and out to the San Pablo Bay .where the North and South forks of the Creek terminate.
The Las Gallinas Creek North Fork flows from Smith Ranch Road to McInnis Park where it meets the North Fork. Both Meadow Creek and Armory Creek flow from the hills of San Pedro Mountain into the Gallinas Creek South Fork. Those of us who live along this highly altered and impacted stream would like to see it clean, restored and recreated as habitat for native plants and animals, including the salmon. This will substantially enhance our lives as humans, too. To see how this can be accomplished read the Hydrology Report [Gallinas Creek Final Report].

Las Gallinas Valley watershed in San Rafael, CA is home to:
•Marin County Civic Center, a Frank Lloyd Wright designed complex which is the seat of the Marin County government
•China Camp State Park, which offers hiking, biking, horseback riding, watersports and camping.
•a county park with golf course (McInnis), a beach (McNears Beach County Park), a private airport (San Rafael Airport), several schools (Terra Linda High School), shops, restaurants and movie theaters (e.g. Northgate Shopping Center), a large Medical Center (Kaiser Hospital) a small industrial park (Northgate Industrial Park) as well as open space (San Pedro Ridge, Terra Linda/Sleepy Hollow Divide Open Space Preserve, Santa Margarita Island) and wetlands (San Pablo Bay Wildlife Area, Santa Venetia Marsh). http://www.gallinaswatershed.org
